The building is known as the Bazaar Parush, with its owner - the merchant Parush Georgiev.There is a project for the reconstruction of the building by arch. A. S. Leonkiev from 1931, where the dentist Mr. Angel Stoyanov Maytarski - was registered as the owner.It currently functions as an administrative and commercial building.
