There is unconfirmed evidence that the building was designed in 1898 by arch. Toros Toromanian for the residential and commercial building of Sarkis Kurdjan.There is an archive project for reconstruction since 1927 with author - arch. Dabko Dabkov. The owner of the building is named Ber. A. Tosbeykian.
