Designed at the beginning of the XX century for a residential and commercial building of Ovagim H. Tomasyan. In 1929 Arch. Angel Leonkev designs a new ladder.In 1935 in the same area was designed a building of Ilia Ivanov Dimov by architect Stoyan Dokov.
