Designed for the Chamber of Commerce and the Stock Exchange. It was built on part of the old gunpowder warehouse (Baruthaane). Since 1952 the building has been transferred to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Bulgaria and is used as the Headquarters of the Navy.
