Designed for Atanas Velchev's residential building. In 1910, the studio of the artist Georgi Velchev was added to the building. On the initiative of the City People's Council - Varna and the heirs of the artist on May 25, 1960. a museum-permanent exhibition of the Varna artist Georgi Velchev was opened.
